Bandai Namco ID FAQ
We have recently upgraded our registration and login system. Please check out the following FAQ if you experience issues trying to access your account:
In order to create a better experience we have upgraded our system to use the sophisticated Bandai Namco ID. If you already have a Bandai Namco ID, you should be able to sign into the Naruto Community without a problem, and your account will automatically be linked to your Naruto Community account, as long as you use the same email address you used to sign up for the Naruto Community.
If you don't have a Bandai Namco ID, you should create one by clicking on the register link above. You will go through an email verification process, and your account will automatically be linked to your Naruto Community account, as long as you use the same email address you used to sign up for the Naruto Community.
If your Bandai Namco ID has a different email address than your Naruto Community account email, the accounts will not be automatically linked. Please email us at naruto_support@namcobandaigames.com for additional assistance at linking your accounts.
