If it'll help, I can put up a stamina/defense chart for all of the characters. What that means is, you can see how many hits (neutral punch attacks) it takes to knock out an opponent.

It works for all but 2 characters - Hanabi (Hinata's little sister) and the Yellow Flash.
Ye thats why if you want to unlock all the characters you will still need to do a story.
