cuz ultimate 3 has been out in japan for years

You can play as hanabi and the 4th hokage but they call the 4th hokage "the yellow flash"* :p
yep cause this form of the Fourth Hokage is before he became Hokage and was *Spoiler* Fighting the Stone Ninja(Kakashi Gaiden) This is form that is playable is his Jonin days.
