Hmm my favorites would be, Jiraiya(that's obvious enough to see), Naruto, Hinata, Shikamaru, Nagato, and Itachi....Now for the ones I'm not so fond of, Sasuke(Such a whiny little jerk), Orochimaru(I don't know about you, but I wanted to buy a chastity belt and a welder after seeing him), Kabuto, Sakura(Such a b****), Madara(His plan is just...it sucks), Zetsu(He's a plant...)....

But, who is the most ANNOYING of all of them??? My vote goes to Rock Lee he's mimics his sensei and cries when his sensei cries which is very weird. :p
