Why should the American voices have to match the Japanese voices? Just because Naruto was*voiced in Japanese first doesn't mean everything has to revolve aound it being in Japanese.
The Japanese voice track option is a great idea,*however, do not complain about how*the American voices stink compare to the Japanese voices. If you really dislike the American dubbing and favor the Japanese voices, import*Narutimate*Hero 3.*The end.
That's the reason why they should have a Japanese voice option added.So that you wouldn't have to mod your PS2 (which is illegal now).Yes but sometimes problems and errors can occur when you use a swap magic or slide disc.
You may not have encountered the problem yourself but others may have so you should take that into consideration.
Also, if they put the Japanese voice option in everybody will be happy both the sub watchers and the dub watchers:
- Dub watchers because the game will be coming out here in the US
- Sub watchers because the original voices will be on the game, they wouldn't have to mod their PS2s, and the game will also be coming out.
*Sub watchers have alot more reasons and have been waiting longer compared to those of the dub.
Also, the everyone be happy part as in the localizers because they will have a good feeling that they accomplished a higher level of localization, the dub watchers because the game will be coming out in their region, and the sub watchers because they have been waiting for the game for a long* time and have been waiting for this moment as well.
finally so that flame wars and complaints on their Naruto games not having the Japanese voice option appearing about half or more of the time.*
If you are*indeed a hardcore fan of Naruto(especially the sub), importing the game and modifying your PS2(without a mod chip) is a*small price to pay. Another option would be just getting the Japanese PS2.
Seriously, be happy with what is given to you. Do not say that the sub lovers have to wait longer for the game, because*they have the chance to buy the game in Japanese already. People just don't want to take the risk.

Again, the Japanese voice track*option is definitely a good idea to satisfy all the fans and I'm sure if the video game producers could possibly add the option in, they would; however, don't make it seem like the video game producers owe people anything.

thank you Kyuubi for ending the fight. Well i think that the the japanese voice option should be a must because it would raise their sales. Just like Rise of a ninja has the option for the japanese voice. My friend has Narutimate Hero 3 for PS2 and its awesome!!!

And yes, adding the Japanese option is a smart move for the video game producers because it will catch the eyes of those who only like the dub, which equals more business.
