If you cant beat spamming then you really aren't good after all.
And losing to a spammer may not necessarily make him better than you at the game, but if you keep losing to the same spam then he must be better.
In truth, the actual definition of spamming is rapid, repeated use of the same item or action. If its actual spam then you know whats coming and any good player would know how to stop it, avoid it, or punish it.
Seriously, 1 U2 per match because of spam? Go play hello kitty or something man.
Fighting is a man's game, not a little girl's who's gonna cry and complain when she loses to someone better than her.
Erase the idea of "spamming" from your minds, and just play the game.
Its no fun if you go and take away privileges like using more than one ultimate jutsu.

and i think the rule is more one LANDED uj anyways cuz alot of UJs can be punished pretty hard maybe even with another UJ lmao
no one said spamming is a sin i think sometimes its necessary but a good player uses all of its characters moves and uses them effectively
i havent played a spamming Advanced Player yet
but once again only scrubs and noobs spam and if u wont join then dont post man

I assumed the rule referred to landed UJs, and even so its still a horrible rule.
You obviously haven't been playing good players. I wouldn't call any strategy spamming, but I know some really good players who you would probably categorize as "spammers."
I consider myself a a bit* advanced of a player (especially in comparison with the majority of bad players), and I have a few different strategies that I like to use the most, and some may look at them as being "spammy" or something of the equivalent, but in no way is landing more than one UJ spam.
Maybe in the first UNS, i would kind of understand it if the rule was applied the the first game. But not this one. UJs don't do god-like amounts of damage where it needs to be limited to one per match.
I'm not one to brag about being good at the game, because honestly I get my a** whooped a lot by really good players, but I would really like to play a few of you guys to see how you play. Because seriously, if you guys are making rules like this, you probably ban Team UJs and Awakenings too.
And please don't tell me not to post, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Please don't get upset if my opinion conflicts with your own.

Those words were created by pros and advanced gamers to describe people like you who constrict aspects of the game to make it more "fair" for you and who make excuses for losing to someone who did the same move a little too much.
True advanced players dont ban things that dont need to be banned. Nothing is this game is broken, and no character is god-tier. I post because I want to change your opinions on this. I would gladly join a tournament where I can freely play without worrying about restrictions.
Okay, if you need more than one UJ to win, that's fine. I don't care. If you're not joining, I don't care. Create your own tournament, I don't care. I just don't.
The only thing I care is that your attitude bugs me. Please don't act like you're so awesome. Calling everyone else noobs, thinking you're better than anyone else... The little respect you might've had is gone.
I can play against anyone, be it spammers, campers, awakening n00bs or good players, I don't think I never said I couldn't. I've played against lots of good players, and beaten and lost to lots of good players.
I'm just trying to have fun while playing, and fighting good players is fun. Fighting people who are tryin' to play good are fun to play against too. And I think that is the point of this tournament too. So if you're looking for a serious tourney, then go look somewhere else.
If you really are as good as you say, then I might want to play against you, but if you're just gonna spam Jutsu and UJ, then no thanks. As I said before, I play for fun. Not just to win. FYI, I have played 600 (400-200 w/l) ranked matches, and probably had 30-60 spam/turtle free battles.
I agree with DonJah.* I can also play against anyone, but it's just that playing against spammers irritates me.* However, if they turtle I usually turtle back since I use Neji and that's his best playstyle but I don't get any enjoyment from using him that way.* Lost and won against good players too, some with less BP than me.* I've played like 270 battles and only had about 10-20 good non-spammers.* I'm like DonJah in the way that I play for fun, not to win, and I think the inclusion of leaderboards brought on the cheap tactics.* They should remove leaderboards imo, but that's just me.*

Yeah, the lag is rather horrible when playing someone from further away... Usually it's not so bad when fighting someone from the US, but if he's from Japan, yeah, it is like 3 seconds... Hopefully the lag won't be too much of a problem then ;)
And RogueGetsuga, it's kinda funny how you said earlier I'm always playing some random game when you're on. Well everytime I see you're online you're playing Black Ops :) Maybe if I ask you to fight when I'm online as me and planning some UNS?
