Itachi's is the best!!! haha I always win if i use his special because it does really good damage and you get Tsukuyomi after you use it. :)

I think Kimimaro, Itachi Uchiha, and The Second Hokage's jutsus are the best.

nobody really knows yet because lots of the chars techniques havn't been revieled yet. so we have to wait and see. but from me watching it i would have to say itachi's sun god summoning gaara's giant sb and kimmimaro's bracken dance.

haha I think you put this in the wrong topic because Ultimate Ninja Heroes came out a year ago :). I think you meant Storm.

I hav no idea on heroes, but I guess it would be some of the major characters', like sauke, itachi, or naruto
