Kakkashi copying

I heard that when you use the lighting blade you go into shirgan mode and when your in that mode you may nejis rotation (works with everyone)
Is that true?*** If so how do you do it??

Not quite sure. But I thought Neji Byakugan was a Kekkei Genkai. the one thing Kakashi CAN'T copy.

I don't have the first NH I have the 2nd*but I'm pretty sure Kakashi isn't able to copy Neji's rotation on any of the Ultimate Ninja series.* However, he can copy Neji's Hyuuga-style taijutsu...*

Did Anyone Read My Post??? I Just Explained What He Can't Copy It's Up There You'll Find It Kids

We can sum this thread up like this; Kakashi CAN'T copy some people abilities due to the Kekkei Genkai or Inherited ability. Moves like Byakugan, Kimimaro's Bone moves, Gaara's Sand, Shino's Bugs, etc... So things like that he can't copy.
