Sparing with sasuke?

On the*C rank mission thirs sparing with sasuke it says performing extra hits?
what is that

it's whenever you hit your opponent and you'll go into like a slow motion thing to where you and your opponent can use substitution jutsu to get an extra hit

yea it's like when you kick him into the air and it goes into slow mo..... and your about to kick him and he uses substitution jutsu and you use and it keeps on going for how many substitution things you have......

You Push To His Direction When He's Flying Away And Attack

i dont know how to block the air hits its hard i always get hit in the air

can someone tell me how to block hits in the air
