Maybe some people dont own NUN3 because thats new, but anyways the whole poin of the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 Froum is to ask questions, you might of should have put this under your blog.

I cant get the Third Hokage's Second jutsu, i have his first but when i go up to the Look Out Tower I can't find him
