Umm no not everyone can use rasengan. You need a lot of chakra control just to use it. Take Kakashi for example he can create the Rasengan but he cant fully use it because he doesnt have enough chakra. There are only 4 poeple that can create it The 4th, Kakashi, Jiraya, and Naruto. but only 2 can use it Jiraya and Naruto. and Naruto is the only one who can use it full potential with the third level Rasengan and there are eight levels of the Rasengan and only the Fourth knows how to get to the 8th level.

SO I PICK............RASENGAN

do you know what your even talking about? An 8th lvl that only the fourth can get to? how ridicules is that? The 4th hokage only manage to create rasengan without elemental composition. Naruto surpassed the jutsu even further by adding elemental composition. There is no 8th lvl bs.

Honestly, I like chidori best. For some reason, rasengan just isn't very appealing to me.

Looks can be decieving.

both of them are powerful but chidory can only be done 4 times a day by kakashi while rasengan can be done without using nearly as much chakra as chidory.

which would mean rasengan is a better technique.
