Itachi or Gaara.
now , since i made some nice combos , i can say , that my best character is gai...
dont know why people think ,that itachi is strong *he is rather weak against normal gai ... rush in , instand jutsu (doesnt matter wether the great whirlwind or dynamik entry) and its pretty high chance to hit....
especialy together with explosion tag as chakra throw skill
Itachi(b/c he really is a good guy aka an anti-hero) and Kyuubi Naruto, reminds me so much of Saiyans...aahh reliving the Saiyan days!
Shino rules all with his quiet fury -_-.

This is certainly an easy one, Itachi is my strongest character; certainly he has some slower techniques (which surmount to loads of damage) but, he also has incredible movement speed... ->OO
