Yes, EU store has both, but those don't work in US copy of Ultimate Ninja storm.

they have been since 2nd april on EU PSN! I've downloaded both... I had better hopes for the missions like third hokage vs orochimaru and the 1st and 2nd hokage!

The American PSN only updates on Thursdays, so if you got it on 2 April, we'll probably get it on 9 April.
