"Hello, I hope these directions help you find it:
The chip is supposed to be found during the mass disappearance mission, as you go through the level you will come to a point where you will jump through a window into a red carpeted corridor. Go to the left and around the corner, there should be a closet at the far end; smash into the closet and you will find a chest. this will contain the Stamina Restore (L) chip you want."
