ok did any body notice that when chiyo does here specal in japanes the guy in the background says a lot of stuff, but when she does it in english the guy doesnt say any thing at all, WHATS THE DEAL?

its onley on the japanse version they cut it out in the us audio thingy its onley for the japanese version were lucky it had the japanese audio* option
wow you must've been paying close attention to notice that but its really not a big deal namco bandai probably just forgot and/or skipped over it
and naruto in un3 his special is different to turn ninetailes
