Well you can add Madara mode for Tobi as comfirmed since they showed his Awakening in a vid. He doesn't change physically but he gets serious and his jutsu and ougi change.

You would be correct. As for why there are 2 Sasukes and 2 Narutos is simple. Akatsuki Sasuke and Sage Mode Naruto play way different than normal Sasuke or Naruto do.

As of now we don't know if Oro has a transformation in UNS2. So it'd be a regular vs fight against Oro when you play as Sasuke.
