Yes it has been 2 and a half years and I agree with him because I watched almost all of the Shippuden series and all of those people were on there.
Actually I think that Sasuke is the strongest character because he is from the Uchiha clan, he has the sharingan, he is with Orochimaru, and he has gotten stronger!
