Went to Gamestop yesterday to order Naruto Shippuden dragon blade and asked about the US getting a Collectors Edition of Storm 2 and they said there's not gonna be one here in the states :( Bummer

A sliver account doesn't cost but in order to get the demo you need Xbox live gold and that cost money. :(
