The ultimate ninja would have the speed of rock lee,*chakra control of* sakura, sharingan*in 1 eye*and byatugan in the other. Plus tsunades healing jutsu, a demond and the chakra of naruto. Throw in taijutsu like guy and you have a perfect ninja.

thats true i mean everyone should be good at 1 jutsu. like the green breast (naruto with the rock lee outfit) should not just have ultimate jutsu it should have primiry lotus or hidden lotus
