getting all jutsu

can anyone tell me where to get all the jutsu and how to unlock the events....i beat the game and i went through some things got some jutsu but now noone wants to give me their jutsu

You have to look every where, I mean every where, and ther should be someone who need help, and then they'll teach you their Jutsu.

gaara and neji's jutsu can't be learn since neji's tijutsu jutsu is learn by hinata but rotation is unlearnable and gaara's are both unlearnable
