Actually, the notice says anyone 17 years old and up, because FCC wants any shows rated 'Mature' to have an audience no younger than 17(same with 'R' rated movies and 'M' rated video games). This is only a suggestion though, because anyone is allowed to watch what's on their TV unless their parents/guardians have it blocked.

this is one of the lonest running series in japan so its not like there isnt a lot of other episodes that couldnt be dubbed, actually there is also a movie that I have seen quite a bit of and it was great. If you didn't know there is currently atleast 46 volumes of the manga and over 200+ episodes of the series and its all still ongoing.
