This is where you get help for the game.

Itachi,Kisame- finish Kakashi Gaiden.

Sasuke-Pass Story Mode Twice.

Unlock S-rank Missions-Complete game once.

Kakashi Gaiden-Complete all missions(including S-rank Missions).

Restore Chakrauring Loading Screen if allocated enough time to move the right thumbstick in a circle, then a Blue Chakra Ball will pop out and if your stainima/Chakra is depleted it will restore 25% of it.Do this on Loading Screens with the Konha Symbol in the lower right corner.
