It's the well digging scroll, check the Hot Sand Desert (the one that has an entrance to the Land of Rivers and a cave). *There's a pillar near the pit in the middle of the desert that has the scroll near it.

Yeah thats really usefull. And one more thing.(I think it's already been mentioned) As for the 100k if you have a memorycard with a save of Ultimate Ninja 3 you'll also convert the characters from ultimate ninja 3 to 4 so you'll have them all( Except for the Akatsuki guys)

I almost killed you when I saw that. I just took an hour to find that, and I didn't take the time to search here for help. Also, I started a new game and I can't find the last Piece of Memory? Does anybody know where it might possibly be? If not, I was thinking of re-restarting and making a list of them.
