Whats HOC?

Not HOC, ad-hoc or ad hoc.* It's latin meaning "for this" if I'm correct.* But in computer terms it's a wireless network (SONY's PSP WLAN [that little switch on top of ur PSP activates this feature]) composed solely of devices (in this case PSPs) within shared communication range (which is why u have to be within I think 30 ft. with ur & a buddy's PSP) of each other with no Access Point (Not on Online).

Hope that was English for ya.* But just in case I'll break it down more.* Ad hoc (in this case) is just a term used to show the difference between PSPs connecting to each other in the same area otherwise to Infrastructure which is actual online ( for example, someone in Miami playing w/ someone in California). So when u see that on the back of ur game cases, that's what it means.

*It looks pretty good. I'm buying it for my nephew for his birthday. I hope they don't replace making UN series on the PS2 by using the PSP like they did in Japan. That would be a bummer.

whats wrong with it? psp deserves love too and they haven't gotten to make a naruto games for psp in 2 years because they trying to please you lame american fans. watch when the trailer comes out it will be just like accel on a ps2 and then you'll want to buy it. akatsuki rsing is just a replacement of chronicals 3 not all that like they make it seem.

I can not believe you just said that :O Maybe they just didn't feel like making their games on PSPs anymore? I don't really like portables that much anyway. I like games better on THE BIG SCREEN! And why are we "American Fans" so lame? Because we weren't born in Japan and happen to like Naruto, we're cursed with lameness -.-
