They didn't remove Rasengan, but left it in, dispite the fact that they weren't even at the Naruto/Neji fight. Pretty big spoiler, but they simply changed the name and noone really cared. The Kyuubi Naruto form is sort of a Spoiler, but since we don't know the context and origin in the game, they won't remove it.

I knew it was gonna be rasengan officially in the dub when Maile(VA of Naurto) said she said Rasengan for the game. No biggie*
