Mmm, I doubt that'll happen like that. They'll surely release the game once the show*gets to that point. Plus, the Shippuden manga is coming up this March here in America and*I heard they might skip the fillers, so accel will probably be sooner than we think.

I don't think there have been any official signs that the fillers will be skipped. All the info so far I think have been wishful thinking on the fans' part, unless Viz made an official announcement I am not aware of. Narutimate Accel will have to wait in this scenario because the games follow the anime storyline and not the manga storyline.
