well i dont really know if Yondaime is in this game because the us edit's the game.Ultimate ninja 1 was going to have ino choji and*more but the us did not do it so i dont think Yondaime or Hanabi will be in this game but i hpe they are

lol, From what I read, Ino Chouji etc. were never in UN1, US or Japanese, And Yondaime and Hanabi are going to be in it, Trust me, I bet you anything they will.

yes the fourth hokage is in the game, all of them are in it.

He is, after you unlock all of the other characters (including Hanabi, which can't be unlocked with a code) you automatically get him, he's the fastest character in the game- no doubt.
