Element: (Listed above) He uses his own blood as a weapon so no element exactly

Weapons: (You can have a primary and secondary weapon) His blood can be used for any form of attack or defense.

Background: Very strong and brilliant man. He is often seen smoking useing bills of money as papers. He was a child soilder and lived on the battlefeild, knowning only war fights to this day to gain what he feels rightfully is his. He was seperated from his younger sister after his parents were died.

Some one is already Syncro Leader. But you can be an elite, that way you command a large portion of Soldiers.

There really aren't groups to place her in. So just put her as a heroine on group catergory.
