To me this game seemed to went forward and backward.* They improved the graphics, added more moves to everyone, more characters, better town roam, and japanese voices.* But there were also couple of ultimate jutsus from previous games that were removed, can only choose one ultimate jutsu to use in a fight, same default input method for every ultimate, and difficulty is reduced too much.* I still enjoyed playing the game though.

i will give it a*8.1 because of the short transformations like ultimate mode curse mark and sharingan, byakugan these transformations should be permanet not temperary. the costumes are uncreative like naruto costumes they should be his normal outfit him in pjs and his hospital outfit. sasuke's costumes are bad as well its all the same and they put a* color in noone* will use the purple suit, and his chuunin suit was a rip off it should have been his overall from ultimate ninja 2 that one was alot better it was more nice lOoKiNg the default costume is nice but the 2nd one is just dumb*it should have been the clothes he wore in the beggining of*the show.*for sakura you should have had the choice to pick long or short hair. shikamaru vest and without vest . zabuza!!!!! they had so many chances to change his costumes*from green and red to his actual clothes like the clothes he wore with his first encounter with kakashi and them and when he had*his mouth tape off. i have much more to say about this but i doubt nobody will read*this that much. I HOPE NARUTIMATE ACCEL U.S VERSION IS An IMPROVEMENT ON THE 3RD ONE.!!!!*

i will give it an 8. narutoultimate ninja 2 is about a 9. now if naruto ultimate ninja 4 combines the great graphics of 2 and the great secrect techniques of 3 then it will be off the charts!!!!!!
