that was really fustrtating. when they said you will recive the rave card containing the code then thats what i and the others expect to get. luckly i nice guy from this web had extra rave cards and lended me one and it worked. but if you lay money down for a game and a bounes your are expected to get it. i know gamestop is hardly organized but you have to see whats the problem bandai didn't supply enogth rave cards for everyone who preodered the game. i don't see really how hard it is to make thses small little crads and not have enough. it doesn't make anysense at all. i expected more from bandai. this is the last time a lay 5 dollars down for a bonus that i don't even recive.
Tbh, I think you should blame all those who had cards to spare.... They all got em from somewhere, and i doubt they all bought +5 limited editions... So basicly, those cards where meant for people who preordered..., No wonder some people won't have it, if the employees steal em all in advance....

No, some stores didn't even get them. *My local gamestop didn't even know that there was a preorder bonus for Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm because the corperate office only told the stores that got them.
As it turns out this is a problem with the Limited Edition being announced so late. *Because of the limited edition being announced so late, people couldn't "upgrade" their orders - they had to cancel the original order and then preorder the limited edition. *Gamestop already had their number of cards, and when the person cancelled their original order they took down the number of cards by one. *They forgot to add one to the number of cards for ordering the limited edition. *That's what caused the shortage.

You can buy the game from Game Crazy and they may give it to you if they have any codes left over.
haha I didn't even preorder at gamecrazy and they gave me a 2nd hokage for free. XD and right now gamestop isn't* looking too good to me. they don't have the bonuses that they advertised and their games are more expensive than at Fry's,Circuit City, etc. I didn't really go to Gamecrazy that much but now I think I'm gonna go to it more than Gamestop.

Hmm well obviously this wasnt planned out very well by gamestop. You would think they could atleast let all the stores in their chain what promotion theyre running. I had to wait like 3 extra days to get the limited edition I preordered and when my brother picked the game up they didnt give him a rave card either. When I got home I called them talked with the manager and had her give me the code over the phone.* I wonder if I should call gamecrazy...

well it's just been revealed that both hokages are going to be able to be downloaded for FREE in 2009. it's weird but I guess it's better...
