It's not really a concern anymore. *The preorder bonus downloads are going to be opened up to the public sometime after Storm Pack 10 is released (that's only 2 weeks away, so I think you only have to wait 4 more weeks).

Ok, I don't remember if we have reached Strom Pack 10 yet, but it's getting close and no 1st and 2nd Hokage. What's the big deal any way? just give the fans what they want, unless they plan on making them playable characters instead of backups, then it was worth the wait.
