hinata's new technique is called the "protective 8 trigrams 64 palms", tsunades mark doesn't have a name. tenten should have an enhanced mode like "twin rising dragons" mode or something. ino should have and enhanced mode too, it should be like "mind control" or something and it should have the mind transfer jutsu and the normal version has a jutsu that uses flowers (like the first part of her third special in UN2). naruto should have rasengan and kyuubi naruto should have the kyuubi powered rasengan. also you should include (these are who i could think of) zabuza and haku and kimimaro and asuma. this is what i came up with:

Zabuza - *Great Sword Slash Combo (Slashes Enemy Multiple Times With His Giant Sword)

Demon Zabuza - Demon From** Combo (Like What He Did To Gato In The Anime)

But They Couldn't Do Anything With Enhanced Haku She Doesn't Have A Power Up With Her Kekkei Genkai It Is Just A Move That's Why She Wouldn't Have A Special And Asuma Too I Haven't Played With Him In The Game So I Have No Idea What He Can Do And Thanx Took Me A Minute To Type That

as i said before, i don't have a psp so i don't know what naruto ultimate ninja heroes is like. the haku and asuma ones were a bit of a stretch.
