this would be a good idea for Uzumaki Chronicles 3 (if they make one). hinata's jutsu that you are talking about is the protective eight trigrams sixty-four palms. the mark on tsunade's head doesn't have a name. i think if they make it Uzumaki Chronicles 3, it should take place in shippuuden. that would be cool. and an enhanced ino could be advanced mind ino and she could use the mind distraction jutsu and then a 16 hit combo. and an enhanced tenten could be the rising twin dragon mode and she uses the rising twin dragons to fling a bunch of weapons. some other characters that i could think of (not as good as KIBATHEBEAST's, of course):

Deidara - C1 Bird Attack (creates a C1 bird (like the one he uses in his fight against gaara) and makes it fly at the opponent and explode)

C4 Deidara - Garunda (creates a giant clay deidara which explodes, scattering bombs (like shikamaru's kunai trap in uc2) and causes damage)

Sasori - Thousand Poison Needles (fires large numbers of poison covered needles at the enemy)

Sasori & Third Kazekage - Iron World (thing he used on sakura in the anime)

Sasori's True Form - Scorpion of the Red Sand (fires tail at opponent and then jumps up, the blades on his back becoming propellors and attacks enemy)

Sai - Ink Lions (creates multiple lions made of ink to attack the enemy)

ANBU Sai - Ink Dragon (creates a dragon of ink to attack the enemy)

Yamato - Deep Forest Emergence (creates tree branches to attack the enemy)

ANBU Yamato - Deep Forest Creation (creates a large forest to attack the enemy)

Kankuro - Deadly Trap (crow fires a smoke bomb and then attacks with multiple kunai)

Kankuro and Black Ant - Black Iron Maiden (uses the black iron maiden technique (what kankuro used on sakon and sasori's clone) to attack enemy)

Kabuto - Dead Soul Jutsu (what he used to revie the anbu against kakashi)

Enhanced Chakra Kabuto - Chakra Scalpel Jutsu (what he used on tsunade)

for each character to activate their enhanced mode, they need to press circle and triangle like in uc2 (characters can use jutsu while in these modes). to further enhance a character (if possible) you will need to press circle and triangle again (waiting for next use is twice as long as normal and some health is lost). each character can also gain two jutsu by purchase of skill chips (naruto has three: 2K Uzumaki Barrage, Oodama Rasengan and Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu) and the jutsu can be used by pressing R2 or R1+R2 (first skill chip jutsu is R2 and second is R1+R2). okay. that is my game idea. please, feel free to comment and add. thanks to KIBATHEBEAST for letting me "borrow" your idea. thanks.

after i posted mine, i thought of*four more people:

The First Hokage - Infinite Darkness Genjutsu (uses endless darkness as a cover to attack enemy)

Wood Style Hokage - Deep Forest Creation (creates trees to attack all enemies near Wood Style Hokage)

The*Second Hokage - Thunder God Blade (attacks with his sword (from the filler arc before naruto and sasuke's hospital roof fight)

Water*Style Hokage - Water Shock Wave (attacks enemies with a torrent of water)

The Third Hokage - Dragon Flame Bombs (attacks enemies with a huge flame)

"The Professor" Hokage*- Reaper Death Seal (uses the reaper death seal to cause great damage to one enemy and temprarily daze them)

Konoha's Yellow Flash - Flying Thunder God Seal (uses teleportation to deliver a barrage of hits to the enemy)

The Fourth Hokage - Flying Thunder God Rasengan (charges up rasengan and uses the flying god thunder seal to teleport The Fourth Hokage behind the enemy and The Fourth Hokage attacks with rasengan)

those are some more of my idea's. i couldn't really think of names for the enhanced first and second hokage's. it would be awesome if they actually included the past hokages so you could use them (like in un3).
