i think tyhe best secret technique is tsukiyomi because you are able to beat the opponent without him being able to attack you and the best jutsu is shadow clone smah because it can hit anywhere in the stage.

I wish ultimate ninja 2 had online play itachi is so easy to beat. I can beat him with weakest character in the game but anyways the most powerful move is Kakashi's double lightining blade
