The concept design for the case of the computer you're using cost between 2 and 6 million dollars. *Just for the artist to sculpt a model. *The logo design for most companies, even really simple logos like "Google", cost between 1 and 2 thousand dollars. *Making a cover for a video game is expensive. *To have an artist make a bunch of them costs way too much.

Just asking won't the videogames bring in a load of money covering the all the money.

you know something... i don't really see a reason to keep any of the time skip characters in the game. we all already know that its going to have the same voices. so why wait to the second version comes out? that doesn't make any sense. and we all watch the japan verison of the show anyway. so there's nothing to spoil.

well yeah because if you listen closly to the vids on naruto.viz.com they sound the same expect a little deeper. but i can't belive we waited a whole freaken year just for them to use the same voice actores. thats really dissipointing.

Well yes, sort of, but you can't forget that you have to pay all of the translators and artists - and the ultimate goal of any company is to make money. *See, when you buy a video game from Walmart or Gamestop - you're buying retail. *Retail is selling something that you bought specifically to re-sell to someone else. *In other words, the $50 you spend on a video game does not go to the people who made the video game. *Namco/Bandai sells the game in bulk to the store for $25 or $30, and then the store sells it to you for $40 or $50. *That means that Namco/Bandai doesn't get as much as you would think from each sale of a video game. *Plus, this game is a PS2 game. *They don't make PS3s that can play PS2 games anymore - which means there are a lot of people that can't play the game since they don't have a PS2 (and a lot of stores are trying to stop selling PS2 games so they won't order many copies of the game). *Because of that, Namco/Bandai doesn't expect a large profit from this game like they did with Ultimate Ninja Storm. *With Ultimate Ninja Storm they foresaw such massive profits that letting the fans choose the cover was financially reasonable. *If they let the fans choose the cover, then they will lose the money that they expect to make. *If they don't make as much as they hope to make - then Namco/Bandai executives will not allow them to waste time with trying to translate Accel 2 since it won't make money. *Get it? *If they don't make a lot of money on UN4 because they waste it on things like "let the fans pick the cover" then the people that run Namco/Bandai won't want to bring Accel 2 over to US/Europe.


@mangekyo02 - I don't watch the Japanese version of the show. *Your statement that "we all watch the Japanese version of the show so there's nothing to spoil" is a fallacy known as a hasty generalization. *In otherwords, you assumed that all Naruto fans watch Japanese episodes of Naruto, which is about as silly as saying "I am a boy. *I am human. *Therefore, all humans must be boys". *You can't assume that everyone does the same thing you do.

look t.c stop trying to be such a genous. your indeed smart and such but the point i was trying to make was that there was no reason in the world why* shippuden is taking so much time to come to the u.s we still don't even know when the dubs come out. instead we get these fillers.

Well, I don't think I'm trying to be a genius. *I'm just explaining things as necessary. *There is a reason that Shippuden is taking so long to be brought over. *First of all, the voice talents have to be available. *If they're busy making a video game, like Ultimate Ninja 4, they can't make a television series. *Next, someone has to want to translate it - Viz Media is the one that's got the license for translating. *The next step in the process is finding someone to air the show - because that's where Viz will get most of their money back on translating. *This is where the biggest problem lies, if there isn't a network that wants to air the show (like how Cartoon Network wants to wait until the first series is done before airing the time skip version of the show) then translating the show would be a big waste of money. *However, subtitling the show saves on a lot of money since they don't have to hire the voice actors. *What Viz Media is trying to do is subtitle the show so that the fans put pressure on Cartoon Network to start airing it. *You're blaming the wrong people here, it isn't Viz Media - this is all squarely Cartoon Network's fault. *Send your complaints to Cartoon Network instead of posting rants here.

Its just not fair, if the voice actors will make the game series wont come out untill summer...
