I think the newer one is a bit more flashy.* It looks pretty cool whenever u pull it off.* But for what it worth, the old rotation was a bit more useful.* All ninja tools were useless against it.* And it fends off Ultimate Jutsu.

I know how to use it but you have to use it so fast that its a 50-50 shot it doesnt work
