Ok first you have to complete ALL of the missions. Then you unlock Kakashi saga. Complete it, then you unlock Itachi and Kisame. Hint- Itachi dashes everywhere so best the best way to inflict damange on him is to*be Kakashi and use the sharigan on him when he trys to attack you. It's a skill chip,*you can get at the shop (in the game) for 1000. If you have anymore questions about it, message me, I completed story mode like 8 times, and unlocked all of the characters. By the way, congratulations on defeating the master puppet, he was a pain for me too when I first fought him.

Hint 2- The best and easiest way to defeat them (Itachi and Kisame) is to while you're completing the missions, use Kakahi and Guy as much as possibe. (Guy is also there with Kakashi when you fight Itachi and Kisame)You kill two birds with one stone that way; you completed all of the missions and leveled them up so it's easier to defeat the Akatsuki pair. ya to get kisame and itachi you have to do kakashi's saga, but kisame and itachi are only for 2 player battle, but i love beating my sisters up with itachi because she has no idea how to counter his fast movements

I beat the game in 2 days

I beat it on the second day I got it at like 3:00 in the morning,*then I fell asleep while the credits were going.
