No Itachi would win because even though Kisame has the Samehada or shark skin sword he couldn't hit itachi cause he would use his many forms of sharingan to copy his jutsu or make him relive a day or Make him suffer for 72 hours of torture in Tsyukiyomi so i think that kisame's chances are 1 to 1,000,00 in beating Itachi cause Kakashi couldn't beat him but put up a good fight(Until he got Tsyukiyomi used on him)And besides in Naruto Shippuuden Kisame Loses to Guy
