Bella ran behind him and told them "There in the living room" then she pointed to the living room where you could see them being tortured by the soldiers

Cid walked up behind them and tapped one on the shoulder. The second he turned,Cid sliced his neck and turned to the other one. "You...You!?" the scared soldier said. He moved his hand to his ear. "Command,send backup here,its--" he said but he couldnt finish,Cid had knocked him out with one punch.

Bella cracked the soldier's neck then grabbed the radio he had in his hand, she opened it and started fiddling with it, the old man thanked cid and so did his wife, they told him that they would show him a underground tunnel they have for emergency and they all could get out without anyone noticing and the soldiers would never find it if he wanted, as they waited for his respond bella closed the radio and said "There, that should do it"
