Cid smiled as he kept going and looked back to Bella. "Sorry but did you think I didnt know that? They asked me and my squad to kill you and i checked your file...only 18 years old,too young to die. I said no and they sent another that didnt find you yet." Cid said while looking ahead again. "I wasnt telling you to run before because of me...I was telling you to run because they were going to come after you regardless,better one dying then both of us...but having none die is the best" Cid said. He flipped a sharp U-turn to watch the oncoming motorcycle crew of soldiers. He sped head on at them,slashing past them with his sword as he flipped another U-turn back in their original*direction. "Boom..." he thought and all the motorcycles exploded since he cut the gas tank. He sped on through the fire. "That should be it..."

"We need to find a place to hide and fast before they keep coming after us.... and thank you cid for letting me live, that much have made them mad when you said no but why are they after you, I mean you use to be a soldier, what did you do to them for them to have a bounty on your head as well" said bella to cid as she held on him tighter and was smilling

Cid kept going forward,heading to a bridge as he started looking down at the road. "I...was ordered to kill a family in this planet. One mother...two children...one baby. After killing everyone else...i think i started to lose my mind...I mean,so many bodies...all dead! All that blood...I couldnt take it..." Cid said. He started putting his head down and lost control of the bike for a split second but regained it. "Well! I finally killed my commanding officer and two platoons from the elite unit. They chased me to where you found me...nowhere to hide or go rest for days...and it still*goes on at this exact second" he said as a chopper flew above them. The bridge ahead started raising too as a tank was behind them. "End of the line...nah not on my watch!" he said as he sped up the bridge and made a leap across the gap. He regained control and landed kinda awkward as the bike began to lose control. "We're gonna crash!" he said as the bike flipped to the side.

Both cid and bella hit the ground and they hit it hard, cid was knocked out but bella was able to get up, she noticed the chopper getting closer to where they were, when the bridge went back down, she grabbed cid and dragged him under it and waited for the chopper to leave, once it left she heard a car slowly passing by, so she left cid under the bridge and ran to it, there was a old couple in the car and she begged them for some help, they didn't know whether to help her or not but when she said that her "boyfriend" was hurt from crashing into the ground, the old man said that they would help her, she showed him where cid was and he grabbed him and laid him in the back seat of the car and they headed to their house, oncce they got there, the old man then laid cid on his bed and the old lady said that she would make some dinner for them both, then he and his wife left both bella and cid in their room to rest, bella was passing her fingers on cid's hair and said to him before she fell a sleep next to him "Were safe cid..... hopefully for now"

Cid awoke a while later with images passing through his mind. He clutched his head and closed his eyes as if he were in pain. The images of dead bodies kept passing through his head and he hated it. He finally regan his sense and noticed Bella next to him. "What...where are we? What happened..?" he said as he remembered the crash. "Darn,good thing she had the helmet...i mustve caught a concussion or something" he said looking at her. He looked around confused and began to get up to a sitting position. "We'll never make it out their grasp,they're all over planets and everywhere..." he thought looking at a paper on the wall. It said "New Laws from the Empire,Anyone to Disobey Will Be Executed.". He looked down at his chest. He was pretty banged up but noticed his Commander emblem was still intact. He clutched it and crushed it in his hand.

As bella was sleeping, the old lady went up stairs and noticed cid was awake, she smiled and said "So, your finally awake young man, hope your felling better, now why don't you come downs stairs and help me with setting up the table while she sleeps, dinner will be done soon, so why don't you and your 'girlfriend' can join both me and my husband" cid looked at her weird and the old lady left the room. Bella woke up and noticed cid was awake, she got up and off of the bed and told cid "hey there cid, don't worry to much about the soldier finding us here, we are safe and pretty much in the middle of nowhere and these people were nice enough to help up.... now let's go eat, I'm starving" said bella holding her stomach while it was making noises

Cid looked at Bella confused. "Uh...girlfriend?" Cid asked. "Nevermind...and I am worried about them finding us..theyve already been here too." he said pointing at the paper on the wall. He looked back at her. "Nowhere is safe with them...the have spies,agents,soldiers,armies,even some of the residents give away fugitive locations just so THEY can survive. This will never be easy..." he stated. He stayed on the bed and looked down. "Oh yeah,you can eat,im not hungry...i dont feel hunger,thats how I was trained" he said.

Bella went on the bed next to cid and said "I know that cid but we will survive and its because were strong, we can outsmart those soldiers and well...... I have you, I never trusted anyone till I met you" she smilled at cid while she was blushing, then got off of the bed and before leaving the room she told him "You really should eat something cid, don't want you getting sick from not having any food on your body" and with that bella turned around and left the room to go eat what the nice old couple made

Cid laid back down to think some more. He really wasnt hungry so just focused on escaping. No matter what she said,he knew they'd never give up. He looked up at the ceiling until he fell asleep. The last few times,he was uncouncious,now he could sleep.

As bella was eating the food the old woman gave her, her husband turned the t.v. on and put it on the news, as he was watching it, the reported announced that the soldiers were looking for two fugitives and she showed they picture, when bella turned around to see the t.v., she froze because it was there pictures they were showing, the old man turned the t.v. off and they both looked at bella, they asked her if they were in trouble and she told them that yes, the old lady went into the kitchen and the old man walked up to bella and said "Take my keys and leave, they might come here and arrest you, if you want to hide from them, there is a small town up a mountain, anyone who is being chased by the soldiers go and hide there, its hidden so they can't find it, when you get there tell them that I sent you, my name is Hideyoshi ok, now go" the old lady came back and gave bella bag full of food and water and some money, bella took his keys and took the bag ran up stair and woke up cid
