Well I have it and use it but never noticed it until I passed Kakashi Saga so I think you have to beat that first to get to that awsome skill chip.

I don't want to use it ,because it's like cheating inthe game,and I don't like cheating.

but still it got me through almost all the survival challenges and you don't have to run to the store to get rations so it would be the best if you get the infinity chakra skill chip

i agree with sharingan18 becauser it will be kinf of cool but its not fun to play because if the game was like that you can just do shadow clone jutsu and not do nothing at all ........come on naruto fans were are your survival skills.....but then again its fun to cheat once you beat the game...........IF YOU NEVER PLAYED THE GAME BEFORE, DON'T CHEAT, WICH IS THE POINT THAT SHARINGAN18 IS TRYING TO GET TO.

(FOR SHARINGAN18)i understand but don't you think if you already played the game 2 TIMES and get the cool chip that it would be conciderd cheating think about it and respond.
