sakuno stops spinning and it makes the spinning stop so the fire just falls to the ground and the fire on top of sakuno gets blown in a different direction by her using a wind jutsu called wind dragon jutsu

"Wind Style: Scythe Wave." says Kyou and a scythe-like blade of fire flies at Sakuno.
