I picked kakashi his*sharingan has seen countless jutsu before it came to him as well and he knows how to apply the fundementals of ninjutsu like when he climed tree and was upside down to much chakara u break part of the tree and* come down to little* and u will fall down bu ta balance between these is esential to making ninjutsu. he can mimic countless ninjutsu plus he has alot of his own. he fought against many ninjutsu and is good at teaching any subject he wants calm collected.

some what*I mesed up in the genjutsu one though about the hypnotic effect and controling peoples mind so I had to say what i had ment and I was wanting to edit it and uh this one about ninjutsu*close used same example and stuff. I mean the misson does pose same question so kinda would answer it as I would the mission but not exactly hm but the genjutsu one kinda rushed though.

Kurenai, Itachi, and that girl Kurenai trained are the only ones i know that do proper Genjutsu

well kakashi can copy tons of hand signs plus the sharingan itself has been well pretty much with*2 some what users so the amount of it and and calling upon any of those he wants he could proably teach anyone if he wanted to though doubut he teach it since its. alot of it well not secret jutsu but some that he just woudlnt use all the time plus he a good teacher. its not realy who is trained in it its who is the best insturctor in it even if 2 people are probaly equal in the knowedge its who could turn around and teach it kakashi is also cool and collected and since he has suffient knowledge in the matter shouldnt be hard to teach since of battles and honing his own skill and teaching for a long time. For example just beacuse possibly Naruto has alot of chakara doesnt mean he should be teaching it.*I mean Kakashi even let Sakura set him straight as to y his failed into that messed up first clone he did or maybe she just did but example is u gotta know how to teach not just have the abilities. Thing is Kakashi has all these elments and experince and has abilities that also helps hone his skils at anything he tries to do. Even if people are better at a person then something if they cant teach it they cant be a instructor they can be a good user of it or a student but not a instructor. So I picked Kakashi beacuse he does have enough knowledge to teach it more then enough knowledge to teach it and is good in it* and has eperinced it so he would be best instructor.He already trained his 3 squad how to use chakara* and focus it into feet and trying to get them to balance it and go up the tree he already trained Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto in how to use chakara and he succeded.
