Suppose if they give each character four jutsu so it mean you can use the buttons ooo+up equals jutsu three and ooo+down does the fourth attack Here is a list of moves*of characters that*i want characters to have

Ino should definitly have mind transfer jutsu i mean its her family jutsu but its not in the game(stupid IMO)
