Yo guys, I got first bullyed when i was in 5th grade I think.
But i think the best way to deal with it is to show the bully's who's boss..
Siriously, i went on Judo when i was in 5th grade and i went on kickboxing when i was 15 years old and i'm now doing MMA and i really enjoy it.
I think the best way to show bully's who's boss is just SHOW them that you can't be pushed around easily!

Not all martial arts is about self control, for example krav maga is purely an amalgamation of many types of martial arts intended for quick take downs. But you're right, girls are way worse about bullying because they can get mean with words quick.

how true that is. most girls at my school bully the crap out of me. and no matter what you do, girls always remember what you were, what you did, every mistake you ever made. it's like they build a complete arsenal of attacks and form a battle routine! i don't understand girl politics or girls in general....and i AM a girl :/ how sad is that? i cant wait to get the hell away from high school!!!
Many confounding factors can contribute to cyber bullying, and I think it can all be rooted back to the parents. Cyber bullying and bullying are signs that the kid feels insufficient on the inside. So, though cyber bullying can be serious, I think whats going on at home is much more serious.
