Well I beat the whole game an everything but I forgot that I needed The FlameRasengan and the Giant Ture Sand Burail but idk what to do I mean I beat every Mission and quest missions in Story and Ultimate mode ? any help would be apprecadited .

You have to level them up more. They wil gain moves along the way.

P.S. can you give me tips on how to gain 9,999,999 ryo to complete the mission on Naruto UN3

Well let me say that I have the items so... idk and as for that mission go to www.gamefaq.com and look at the guides.

The best thing i can tell u is go to an FAQ on IGN.They have all kinds of ways to help u unlock all the jutsus and summons.
