S Rank Criminal or Kage?

I want to be an s rank criminal because it is possible to have all the power you can get. Just look at the akatsuki.

all kages are s-rank, so you would automatically be an s-rank if you're a kage

Not neccesary, you can be chosen as kage if your wise and a good leader you dont have to be an s-rank, look at Danzo for example

Danzo was selected to be hokage after pain invaded, and tsunade fell into a coma, but he ran of from the kage summit and has proven himself untrustworhty ,and thats pretty much up to date, we dont know wahat happens yet, cant wait to read the next chapter.

I'm more of the good guy. So Kage would be the rank I choose. However, if you were a criminal you could use jutsus without any restrictions. So forbidden jutsus? A thing of the past.

I see you're point he's strong,but is he s rank? remember he cant just be srong for one minute and pass out in the next,we dont know his full powers yet and i cant wait to see it,who knows i might be surprised like i was with Chiyo from the sand (Sasori's grandmother,in case you forgot).
