I'm no so sure. Yes Lee has his speed and his gates and stuff but Neji has the Byakugan. He can cut off Lees chakra, rendering his gates uselss and since Neji can use ninjutsu that gives he another edge over Lee.

yes, but remember neji's fight with naruto? naruto pushed the nine tailed fox's chakra out even though neji blocked his normal chakra points. the gates would just push the chakra out as well. i like lee better in the game because i can't use neji that well.

In terms of attack and defense, Neji will always win. In terms of speed, Lee hands down. Since, I like Neji more, I'll pick Neji.
