I think I remembered a little. I don't know if getting crystals will get you to fight Tsunade.

I*fought*Kankuro*and*Temari*alternatively*and*got* 400points*worth*of*crystals*from*them.

When you fight Kakashi, you won't ever win and a cut scene will go in and Kakashi will give up. After Naruto wakes up, Naruto is surprised and being challenged by Tsunade.
