I'm not so sure about that. numbers wise ps2 games are selling less and less each month. The sales charts for it's top ten aren't much to brag about at this point.

The system is already on lifesupport. By this time next year I wouldn't be suprised if it flatlined outside of shovelware

Yes, but don't forget a*lot of people do not have the PS3 because of the cost.

I know but that only helps if they aren't too busy buying and playing*Wii/360/DS or Psp games to even bother picking up a new ps2 game.

Not that the Accel games couldn't do well over here, but they don't have the best odds either

ps2 will eventually die. Without toonami most people arent even going to know about naruto and forget it...

Also accel shippuden is gonna have horrible graphics and probably gameplay because it is basically an old game..

the game came out 3 years ago in japan so instead of accel id rather have a shippuden type of naruto ultimate ninja storm which might take a while.....

like i said i asked the company so ther's all of your proff rright there. i don't understand why people think there's no hope for ps2. ps3 hasn't fully taken over as long as it stays 400 dollars* people will continue to buy ps2 games. all of you might not like ps2 but let me make this clear i believe that cyberconnect/bandai will look ahead into bringing accel 1 and 2 to the ps2. i asked the hokagge and he said keep looking for blog entries. so right now there is no right and wrong answer. i asked the ps2 comapy so i can bring hope to the ps2 lovers. ps3 is way to expensive right now for anybody to purchase. so hopefully the comapny will bring those games to the ps2. i mean it wouldn't make since if they stopped on ultimte ninja 3. if the company rely wants money they would relese this game for ps2 because many people has a ps2. and plus ps3 games are hard to make and takes time. so the ps3 will be the last system for them to make shippuden games.

its gonna happen to the ps2 as long as technology is developing. Making accel for ps2 wont really get sales by the time the game comes out in summer. IF Accel wa smade for* ps3 they would make more sales.Most people in the united states right now have alot of ps3s

there is a program on a ps3 that has dots for all people with ps3s
